Advanced Senior ($115 Monthly)

Six two hour water sessions and three thirty minute dry land training sessions typically offered weekly.  This group is comprised of swimmers ages 11-18 that are training to compete in the Florida Gold Coast Age Group Championships, Florida Gold Coast Senior Championships and Florida Gold Coast BB Championships. 

Developmental Senior ($105 Monthly)

Six ninety minute water sessions are typically offered weekly.  This group is comprised of swimmers ages 9-14 that are training to achieve B and BB time standards.  This group is geared towards developing swimmers to acquire the skills necessary to move up to our advanced senior training group. 

Bronze ($95 Monthly)

Three one hour fifteen minute training sessions typically offered per week.  This group is comprised of novice level swimmers that are new to the sport and looking to refine their stroke technique and technical swimming skills in all four strokes.  The goal of this group is to advance swimmers to the developmental senior and eventually advanced senior training groups.  

Red ($90 Monthly)

Three forty five minute training sessions typically offered per week.  This group is comprised of novice level swimmers in elementary school that are new to the sport and looking to learn competitive swimming techniques and fundamentals for all four strokes.  The goal of this group is to advance swimmers to the Bronze training group.  

Developmental High School (Seasonal)

This training group meets seasonally in the spring, summer and fall months.  This group is specifically geared for high school age students looking to develop and refine their skills in order to compete for their high school.  Each practice is ine hour and fifteen minutes in length.   

Summer Swim League (Seasonal) 

This training group is offered during the summer months for elementary and middle school age students.  The intention of this group is to introduce the sport of swimming to as many members in the community as possible so they may be exposed to the many character traits our great sport can develop.  These practice sessions range from forty five minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes in length.
